Agentic coding tools have transformed individual developer workflows but owning a large codebase with millions of interdependent lines across multiple code hosts is a different problem entirely. Off-the-shelf AI coding tools weren't built for it, and at scale, they break down in ways that aren't obvious until you're already in trouble.
